Working with Logan was an incredible experience. Not only did he help me and my family find the house of our dreams, he also went above and beyond for my family. He helped us secure a great home at an amazing price. He answered any questions I had along the way and his communication was on point throughout the whole transaction. Being a first time home buyer it was a bit difficult choosing the right home and making a final decision, but Logan helped us and made us feel confident in the decision we were making. Another reason working with him was so great was he brought a colleague who speaks Spanish to help my family also be involved and aware of what was happening during the process. After an unsatisfactory house hunt in Los Angeles, my fiancé and I decided to expand our search to coastal neighborhoods in San Diego. As first-time home buyers we were relieved to find Logan, whose organization and personality made the process significantly less intimidating. Logan was efficient in navigating us through our search and thoroughly guided us through each step of the buying process. His network of reputable lenders, inspectors and construction services was also clutch. He had endless patience for our numerous questions, providing digestible straight forward answers. We truly feel the ease and fun of our home search was due to Logan. Despite his exceptional professionalism, he is very relaxed and never made us feel pressured. Like a friend he was always concerned with our comfort and contentment with each listing we saw. We travel twice from LA to San Diego to view homes. Logan ensured that we efficiently viewed as many homes as possible to maximize each trip, which was no easy task given COVID restrictions. We found our home in La Jolla on the second trip. He quickly submitted our offer which was initially rejected but he helped us rebound in the counter negotiations. Our accepted offer was still 15k below asking price. Logan helped me buy my first home! I have NO regrets about choosing him. What makes me a challenging client is that I haven't lived in San Diego very long. I don't know the greater area and its neighborhoods too well. Also, being in my early 30's, I'm in an in between phase of my life. When choosing a home, I had to consider that what I want NOW is probably not what I want in 10 years. I needed a home that offered a middle ground.
